This role sits at the beginning of everything.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Generate High-Quality Ideas
- Create original concepts across:
- game shows
- reality formats
- scripted series
- Films
- Build Structured Formats
- Develop format bibles:
- rules
- flow
- audience experience
- Ensure ideas are executable and scalable
- Think Commercially
- Identify what can:
- attract sponsorship
- travel internationally
- become franchises
- Stay Ahead of Trends
- Track global and local formats
- Identify gaps in the Nigerian market
What We’re Looking For
- You generate ideas consistently
- You can structure those ideas clearly
- You understand both creativity and execution

- you think only as a writer (and not a builder)
Application Requirements (STRICT)
- 3 original show ideas (MANDATORY):
- at least 1 unscripted format
- Optional:
- format bible
- writing samples
